Welcome to the Calvary Chapel Job Connection website!
We at Calvary Chapel care about your life, both in and out of church. In John 16:33, Jesus tells us we’ll have tribulations or troubles in our lives. Sometimes this comes as a job loss or a time of transition. During these times, we’d like to be a resource for you.
On this website, (after you log in), you’ll find thousands of job opportunities in South Florida, as well as practical tools like a resume builder, resume samples, skill assessment tests, and information on free job skills webinars. You’ll also find Spiritual resources such as Pastoral care documents and a prayer network.
Please take some time to look through these resources. If you’d like to talk or you need someone to pray with you as you walk through this time of transition, please e-mail us at JobMinistry@CalvaryFTL.org.
Career Tip of the Day
When you grasp the full revelation of the authority you’ve been given in this world, you’ll take dominion over your workplace. It belongs to the Children of God and the Kingdom. Christ is the head, we are the body and all things have been placed under our feet! You need to believe God when He says the things of this world are under your rule in the love of Christ! As you look for your next job, start thinking about the place that you want to influence for the Kingdom. Declare your willingness to assume responsibility for the workplace. God views you as His son and heir, not His servant. He wantsyou to rise up in confidence. Claim what God has given you and be bold about your claims, knowing that the Kingdom of God has need of you.
WORDS OF LIFE:
- I am part of the body of Christ and, in the name of Jesus, I claim authority over the workplace.
- By faith I receive my Kingdom assignment from God and look for a place where I may serve Him by blessing others.
- I move in confidence because I serve the King of Kings who rules from within me.
Word of the Day
And God placed all things under his feet and appointed him to be head over everything for the church, 23which is his body, the fullness of him who fills everything in every way.
