Job Summary

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering technical and business-related projects that support strategic initiatives across the organization. You will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with company goals. Your ability to coordinate cross-functional teams, manage stakeholder expectations, and navigate complex implementation processes will be essential to driving project success.

 

What You'll Do

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.

  • Develop detailed project plans including timelines, milestones, budgets, and resource requirements.

  • Lead project execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives and adherence to quality standards.

  • Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

  • Partner with Business Analysts to gather and define clear project requirements.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to support change readiness and stakeholder communication.

  • Work cross-functionally with teams such as Marketing, Operations, and Training for successful implementation.

  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, ensuring transparency on project status, risks, and decisions.

  • Understand key technologies involved in implementation and help translate business needs into technical deliverables.

 

What You'll Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Systems, or related field.

  • 1-3 years of project management experience, preferably in a technical or cross-functional environment.

  • PMP or Agile certification (ACP, CSM) preferred but not required.

  • Strong understanding of project management principles and Agile methodologies.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with competing deadlines.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build consensus.

  • Demonstrated experience managing risks, budgets, and resources effectively.

  • Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities.

  • Ability to think critically and solve problems creatively.
