Welcome to the Calvary Chapel Job Connection website!

We at Calvary Chapel care about your life, both in and out of church. In John 16:33, Jesus tells us we’ll have tribulations or troubles in our lives. Sometimes this comes as a job loss or a time of transition. During these times, we’d like to be a resource for you.

On this website, (after you log in), you’ll find thousands of job opportunities in South Florida, as well as practical tools like a resume builder, resume samples, skill assessment tests, and information on free job skills webinars. You’ll also find Spiritual resources such as Pastoral care documents and a prayer network.

Please take some time to look through these resources. If you’d like to talk or you need someone to pray with you as you walk through this time of transition, please e-mail us at JobMinistry@CalvaryFTL.org.

Blessings,

Jym Kay

Perhaps you’re thinking, “Now is not the best time to go after God. I need to settle down into a job and bring in some money, and then I’ll have the time to seek Him.” Be honest — did you take the time when you had your last job? There are no good or bad times to go after God. There is simply this statement — that Hezekiah brought everything he had to offer as he went after God and he became very successful. Notice that he wasn’t going after the things of God, he just wanted God. How many of us have that as our purpose in times of challenge and crisis? You may have just discovered a key to success!

WORDS OF LIFE:

  • I seek God with my whole heart, too; not for what He can do for me, I just want to know Him.
  • By faith I receive a deep and personal relationship with God.
  • All my needs will be met. I succeed as I serve and obey God.

Word of the Day

In all that he did in the service of the Temple of God and in his efforts to follow God’s laws and commands, Hezekiah sought his God wholeheartedly. As a result, he was very successful.(NLT)
